Grades 4, 5, 6 & 7 – Museum of Science Field Trip

Friday, October 22nd

 

Students going to the Museum of Science are to wear SCHOOL UNIFORMSNO gym uniforms.

 

Please bring a bagged lunch with your name clearly visible.  Please no glass.  Students may not bring electronic games, IPods, etc.  Cameras are allowed.  If any child has a cell phone, per parent request, please have your child inform his or her teacher if they have a cell phone in their possession.  Money for lunch and gift is permissible.  All students need to be ready to leave at 8:30 am.  Students will return at 2:00 pm to the school.  Regular dismissal from school on Friday.

 

 

An alternative field trip for students in preschool, kindergarten and grade 1 is being planned.

 

 

 

Whistler House Halloween Display

 

Wednesday, October 27th students in grades 6 and 7 will be carving pumpkins.  The pumpkins will be placed in the Whistler Park the evening of October 29th, the same night as our Halloween Party for everyone to view.  Volunteers are welcome to help carve, Wednesday at 12:00 pm.

 

 

On Wednesday all students, faculty and staff will have a tag day.  Please consider wearing something pink and offering a donation either individual or family, $1.00 is recommended.  This donation will go to the Dana Farber Cancer Research Hospital.

 

 

October 29th – Family Halloween Party 6:30 – 8:30 pm in the Cultural Center.

 

 

Tag Day – Friday, October 29th – orange/black on this day for entire school.
